Fertility yoga - 1st lesson

The 1st lesson of fertility yoga, which we will show you, is focused mainly on stretching positions followed by relaxing through breathing. Stress, immunity disorder, and inconsistencies in hormonal levels in a woman's body are the most common causes of infertility.

Fertility yoga - 2nd lesson

The 2nd lesson of reproductive yoga is focused on positions which stimulate the internal organs (uterus and ovaries) and help to detoxify the body, and that way providing a better blood flow to all internal organs.

Fertility Yoga - 3rd lesson

The 3rd lesson of reproductive yoga is again focused on stretching positions followed by relaxing through breathing. Practising Asanas, in which our tissues and cells are regenerated, thus slowing down their aging process. Positions are suitable for women who are preparing for embryo transfer.
